CSR is the unavoidable responsibility to be followed by an organization so that the company can get a good reputation in public. I am selecting Wal-Mart for this discussion. Actually all the companies have the responsibility to contribute for environmental sustainability. Especially, it has to be confirmed that the company is not at all causing excessive pollution and at the same time the company is contributing for the global benefits. As per the global responsibility report, it is proved that Wal-Mart is nit only a successful company in the business scenario but also it is contributing much for the environmental benefits.
